Our Classes

Barre
Barre is a class that is great for all levels. We typically start with a warm up followed by strength and toning exercises that focus on certain muscle groups. We often combine movements in the lower body with the upper body. These ballet inspired moves help improve flexibility, balance and coordination. The core is always a focus part of the class both during the other exercises and specifically in its own sequence. This is a nice low-impact but intense workout that helps sculpt the body.
We have mirrors and barres in the room for you to see the alignment in your body and practice improving your balance.

Body Workshop for Couples
You & your partner, friend or family member will learn & practice a 120 minute Thai bodywork/stretching session & then trade places. This truly is the deepest connection of body work you can receive.
This class is a lead/follow class. You will follow along as we demonstrate partner massage and stretches that will enhance your communication and intimacy as a moving partnership. This class will be taught in the Phoenix Room which is romantically lit, warm and cozy. There will be bubbles and berries. After your two hour date night you will have skills that you can use with your loved ones anytime, anywhere and for any reason.
What is Thai Yoga Bodywork? Based on the northern style of traditional Thai Massage (Nuad Boran), Thai Yoga Bodywork is a sacred healing treatment that integrates Yoga, Ayurveda (the Indian healing method that means science of life), and Buddhism. The first roots of this ancient system date back to over 2,500 years ago at the time of Buddha. Unique from other types of bodywork and massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork is also a form of Yoga Therapy that combines rhythmic massage, assisted Yoga poses, acupressure along energy meridians known as the Sen, healing energy work, and meditation. Health in eastern philosophies is regarded as a state of balance between these energies, where all the systems of the body, including mind & spirit, function in harmony with each other. Disease is seen as imbalance or disharmony in this flow of energies. Thai Yoga Bodywork aims at stimulating the flow of healing energies within the body, opening the areas which are blocked and bringing the body, mind, spirit back into balance and harmony.
We will be in the Phoenix Room so you will stay cozy and warm. Feel free to wear tank tops and shorts so you can learn about fascia scraping. Bare feet is recommended. Then just lay back and relax! There will be some romantic touches like bubbles and berries :) Cost: $200 per couple. Space is limited to 10 couples

Floor Play
For Women ONLY, Floor Play is a culmination of all of the movement modalities Naomi has learned in her life; sensual and sultry movements being the foundation. It is a mixture of yogic lengthening stretches, elements of ballet/ barre and belly dance, hip and Glute isolation drills, and twerk breakdown. This class’s main focus is reconnecting to our inherent Shakti and creating and sharing that space with women.
Women moving their bodies in this feminine way, heals. Having babies, working full time, being stay at home moms, just living in this life, we can lose touch with our inner sensuality. Let’s reconnect to that, together. This communion of energy is the medicine we all crave and need.
The music will be loud and the lights will be low. Men are not allowed in this class so ladies, don’t hold back; dress in whatever makes you feel sexy!!
This class is all levels and everyone is always encouraged to listen to their body’s inner wisdom and work at the level they are at now.

Myofascial and Breath How To?
How to breathe properly? How to support the biggest organ in your body, fascia tissue? How to get your muscles to activate properly and perform exceptionally?
These classes are a powerful combination for improving physical and mental well-being. Myofascial release is a form of therapy that focuses on releasing tension and tightness in the connective tissue (fascia) of the body. This can help to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical performance. Breathing techniques are also an important part of physical and mental health. Deep breathing can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve lung function, and promote relaxation. When combined with myofascial release techniques, breathwork can help to deepen the release of tension in the body and promote a sense of relaxation and ease.
This class involves a series of exercises designed to release tension in specific areas of the body, such as the neck, shoulders, ribs, glutes, back, hips, legs and feet. And then strengthen those big muscle groups in their proper alignment so they can perform at their peak at all times.

Ashtanga
All levels welcome.
The Ashtanga practice is a memorized sequence that is traditionally done together without being led by
a teacher called “Mysore style.” The teacher guides the practice, by adjusting and assisting postures. The
poses are linked together with vinyasa, and practitioners use Ujjayi breath to transition from one pose to
the next. Each asana is typically held for five breaths. The entire sequence can take about 90 minutes to two hours to complete.
